• You can access your profile information from the user icon in the top right corner. 
  • Here, you can update your personal information and notification preferences.  
  • You can change your password here for added security. We advise using a secure password that combines big and small letters, numbers, and special signs. 
  • Your Key Account Manager information is available on your Profile page. 
  • Your Key Account Manager is your primary contact.
  • If your profile does not have an assigned KAM, you can contact us via the contact form in the popup window at the bottom right corner.
  • By default, you receive notifications (Email and Customer Portal notifications) for all updates.
  • You can customize your notification preferences on your profile page.

Recover your password if forgotten or lost from the sign-in page. First, click “Forgot your password?” then enter your email address and click “Send verification code.” You should receive an email soon with the verification code. Please enter the verification code from the email and click “Verify code.” After this, you will see a message: “E-mail address verified. You can now continue.” then click the “Continue” button. Enter your new password and confirm it on the next screen by repeating it. You now have your new password to use in the portal.
