If you had an account in our old Service Area, you could easily claim your account on our new TTControl Customer Portal. All accounts have been moved to the new platform.  

To claim your new account, follow these steps: 

  1. Reset your password and activate the two-factor authentication. 
  2. The account is connected to the email you use to log in to our existing Service Area. 
  3. Login to the TTControl Customer Portal with your existing email and the newly created password.

Owners/users of TTControl products and services can access the TTControl Customer Portal. 

The products can be purchased directly from TTControl, TTTech Auto, the HYDAC subsidiary worldwide, or from one of our global sales partners. 

You can register your account if you are a TTControl products or service customer/user and need access to technical documentation, updates, and more.

Every new account is subject to approval. The approval process is no longer than a few working days. 

When a TTControl Customer Portal administrator creates your account, you will automatically receive an invitation email to claim your account and set your password.  

For your peace of mind, we've implemented a two-step verification process using an Authenticator App. This extra layer of security ensures that only you can access your TTControl Customer Portal account.  

To claim the account, follow these steps:

  1. Click on the link you have received in your invitation email.  
  2. Scan the QR code on the login page to create your account using an Authenticator app.
  3. Use the Authenticator app to get verification codes. When you open the app, you see a number under your account name. This number changes every 30 seconds, so you don't use the same number twice. When asked for a verification code, open the app and use whatever number is currently displayed.
  4. You can now set your password and other relevant profile information.
  5. You will receive a confirmation email about a successful account registration.

  • The level of access to the products and documents is linked to a valid purchasing order, which the TTControl Customer Portal administrators will assign and/or update.  
  • Multiple accounts can be connected to a single purchasing order. Multiple purchase orders can be connected to a single account.  
  • There is no limit to the number of accounts from one company/customer or purchase order.  
  • Your account will remain active after your purchases expire, but your access to the product documentation and updates can be limited.
